Malaysia’s phone code is the telephone country code that is used for phone communications when a call is placed from outside of the country.

Malaysia’s country code is +60. The country code is necessary only when dialing a phone number to make a telephone call from another country. International callers who wish to dial a telephone number in Malaysia should dial Malaysia’s telephone country code (+60) before the national telephone number preceded by area code.

When dialing a mobile phone number from outside of the country, first you need to dial the exit code (for example, “011” or “+” sign if calling from the United States), then Malaysia’s country code “60”, plus the mobile code, then the 7-8 digit phone number.
