How to dial a phone number in Thailand using Country Code?

All national phone numbers in Thailand are eight digits long – aa bbb bbb, with aa being the area code followed by the 6 digit local phone number. Always delete the trunk code “0” when calling from overseas. Follow these easy steps to dial a phone number in Thailand using the country code:

Step 1. Enter your country’s exit code on your phone. If you are calling from Europe please enter the 00 (or “+” sign if calling from a mobile device) or 011 if calling from the United States. American callers use the “011” exit code for all international call, including Thailand.

Step 2. Dial 66, Thailand’s country code.
