Ukraine’s country code is +380. The country code is necessary only when dialing a phone number to make a telephone call from another country. Step 1. Enter your country’s exit code on your phone. If you are calling from Europe please enter the 00 (or “+” sign if calling from a mobile device) or 011 if calling from the United States. American callers use the “011” exit code for all international call, including Ukraine.
Step 2. Dial 380, Ukraine’s country code.
Step 3. Then enter Ukraine’s area code. Don’t use the trunk code “0” when calling from outside of the country.

Ukraine’s mobile phone numbers are operated by the three largest local mobile phone companies – Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and Lifecell.
The mobile phone codes in Ukraine are two digit long: 39, 50, 63, 66, 67 and 68. When dialing a mobile phone number from outside of the country, first you need to dial the exit code (for example, “011” or “+” sign if calling from the United States), then Ukraine’s country code “380”, plus the 10 digit phone number including mobile code.
